Located in Jumeirah Islands, the K villa’s design is centred around the homeowners’ passion for hosting, with key elements tailored to enhance both privacy and social interaction. Rustic iron sliding doors divide the living spaces, creating intimate seating areas when closed, and a wide, open layout for entertaining when opened.

The two-year remodel, which occurred during the global pandemic, included a major reconfiguration of the floorplan after the owners acquired additional land. The expansion added an extra bedroom and increased the ground-floor living area, while removing the double-height entrance hall to create a more fluid and functional layout.

The kitchen, finished with Italian elegance, is strategically positioned next to the formal dining area, ensuring privacy while providing easy access for staff. A custom bar stands as a striking feature in the centre of the living space, encouraging social interaction. The layout also includes a luxurious powder room with backlit onyx panels and an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. All custom furniture was crafted by FlorenStyle, aligning perfectly with the villa's overall aesthetic. The space integrates functionality and beauty to complement the homeowners' lifestyle.
