Most fit-out practices receive a designer's specification and then go to market to find someone to make it. The quality of what ultimately arrives in a space depends entirely on whoever they find, at whatever standard that supplier happens to work to, within whatever timeline the project can accommodate. The gap between what was designed and what is installed is where most of the disappointment in luxury fit-out lives.
Elevaré exists to close that gap. We do not design. We execute with a level of precision and control that means what the designer specified is what the client receives. The joinery drawn on a set of shop drawings is produced in our workshop, finished in our paint facility, and installed by our team. The marble selected by the designer is cut in our stone room and laid by the same people who prepared it. The metalwork fabricated in our atelier is fitted by the craftsmen who built it. At no point in the journey from specification to installation does the work leave the hands of this organisation.
