Menovivre Clinic is a 358 sqm healthcare facility delivered as a full turnkey scope, including civil works, MEP, custom joinery, and external works. Located in Al Wasl, the project was built to support a specialist women’s healthcare model centred on privacy, operational efficiency, and patient comfort.
The layout was engineered to separate consultation, treatment, and circulation zones, ensuring discretion and controlled patient flow. Front-of-house areas are open and welcoming, while clinical rooms are positioned to maintain confidentiality and acoustic control. MEP systems were integrated to meet healthcare requirements, with coordinated ceiling and lighting layouts to maintain clean lines without compromising access or performance.
Material selection prioritised durability, hygiene, and longevity. Custom joinery was fabricated to optimise storage within consultation and treatment rooms, maintaining a clutter-free clinical environment. Soft finishes and controlled lighting were incorporated to balance the technical nature of the space with a calm and reassuring atmosphere.
