EYWA by R.Evolution is a luxury real estate development situated in the heart of Business Bay. The name of this tower is inspired by the mythical “Tree Of Life” from James Cameron’s Avatar. When R.Evolution approached Designsmith to execute the full fit-out of EYWA, we knew this was more than a project. It was an opportunity to reimagine the concept of luxury within constructed spaces.

The Vision: A Sanctuary Rooted in Nature and Narrative

EYWA is a waterfront sanctuary on the Dubai Canal, designed as a tribute to the sacred Banyan tree and China’s Southern Sky Column merging ancient wisdom with futuristic design. This impressive tower has 48 waterfront residences and two penthouses that extend up to 16,256 sq. ft., where every aspect blends from tree-like architectural curves to private waterfalls. Each unit is a master sanctuary, blending the soaring high-rise, biophilic design, and wellness-first philosophy. According to R.evolution’s CEO Alex Zagrebelny, EYWA embodies “Wild Luxury”: a philosophy where nature, wellness, and luxury harmoniously coexist. This necessitates a good fit-out partner who would understand the concept with an open mind. The tower incorporates Vastu Shastra principles boasting 1,450 embedded crystals sourced from Bolivia to Afghanistan. Also, the biophilic integrated textures require a fit-out partner adept in both craft and consciousness. EYWA stands as a profoundly human retreat with crystal gardens, living-water systems, and cascading waterfall pools, where well-being is not merely an amenity but the core essence of home.

Our 200,000 sq. ft. facility in Al Quoz handled all the fit out needs for EYWA. In this large joinery there are more than 800+ specialists from engineers to master carpenters. They translate rendering into reality. They leverage the in-house capabilities in metal, wood, and stone materials.

We transformed mythology into reality by constructing a 14-ton crystal pyramid and artistic gallery spaces on-site. This project illustrates that luxury fit-out should extend beyond mere appearance: wellness must be essential, sustainability must be crucial, and community must be intentional. Community thrives through settings such as crystal gardens and hidden service pathways. EYWA is not merely built but transformed.
