Dubai has long been a city of icons. Towers climb higher each year, competing for attention on the skyline. EYWA chooses another path. It doesn’t chase height — rather, it offers depth. A way of living that weaves together wellness, sustainability, and ancient wisdom to redefine what it means to call a place home.
Shaping EYWA’s vision into reality has been both a responsibility and a privilege. Every project we take on is approached with patience, craft and care, guided by the belief that the spaces we shape have the power to shape the lives within them. Our role is to translate philosophy into detail, aligning design with engineering and ensuring that every element, from joinery to marble, is crafted with precision and sensitivity. EYWA reflects not only the vision of its creators but also the collective effort of craftsmen, designers and engineers working as one, where collaboration and craft define the outcome.
EYWA is developed by R.Evolution, a European group whose workplaces, people, and sustainability are at the center. Their founder, Sergei Zagrebelny, describes EYWA as “not a building, but a philosophy of living — a place that regenerates, restores, and reconnects.”
The inspiration comes from the Banyan tree, revered as the Tree of Life. Its vast network of roots and branches forms shelter and community, offering resilience and belonging. EYWA carries the same spirit, designed as a sanctuary of connection and longevity in the heart of Dubai.

The building’s form feels organic, almost alive. Curved balconies and cascading terraces echo the tangle of roots, overlooking the Dubai Canal and Downtown skyline.
Inside, boundaries soften. Floor-to-ceiling glass brings in light and views, water features ripple through shared spaces, and terraces blur the line between home and horizon. Bespoke European kitchens and intelligent automation add refinement to daily life.
For us at Designsmith, the challenge is both practical and philosophical — to translate these ideas into craft. Every joinery detail, every marble slab, every finish must hold the essence of conscious luxury.
EYWA is intentionally intimate. Just 48 residences and two penthouses rise across 19 levels, creating privacy without isolation.
Homes span from 3,000 to more than 9,000 square feet. Each is designed around well-being: air that is purified, water that is revitalized, light and sound tuned to comfort. These are not add-ons or amenities. They are the very fabric of daily life.
Our role is to ensure that this promise of quality is felt everywhere, from the smallest detail in an apartment to the expansive finishes of a penthouse.

One of EYWA’s most remarkable elements is its crystal spine. More than 3,600 crystals — 16 tons in total — rise through the core of the building in a pyramid formation, crowned by a giant quartz.
This is not an ornament. Rooted in Vastu Shastra, the crystals are intended to absorb negative energy and channel balance into the spaces.
Bringing this into construction demanded more than engineering. It called for sensitivity — a balance of precision and intuition — so that structure and spirit could exist in harmony.
At EYWA, wellness is not a luxury layered on top. It is the ground on which everything stands.
The air is hospital-grade filtered. The water is revitalized. Lighting and acoustics follow natural rhythms. Even scent is tuned to promote calm.
The Wellness Floor embodies this approach. A crystal garden, meditation and yoga studios, hammam, spa, and cascading pools are designed not only for indulgence, but for daily renewal.

EYWA extends beyond private residences to create shared spaces for solitude and connection. Infinity pools frame the skyline, a chef-led clubhouse gathers people around food, Montessori-inspired children’s areas nurture growth, and fitness sanctuaries balance body and mind. Private cinemas and concierge services complete the ecosystem.
Together, these spaces foster a community where creativity, wellness, and connection can thrive side by side.
Even before completion, EYWA has drawn international recognition:
Residences begin at AED 11.4 million, with handover expected in Q2 2026. The response has been strong, with early sales exceeding AED 50M.
Dhaval Sanganee, Co-Founder & Execution Lead, Designsmith:
“We don’t just assemble; we alchemize. EYWA called for a fusion of architecture, biology, and spirituality — and that’s where our 35 years of orchestrating complexity came to life.”
Vishen Lakhiani, Founder of Mindvalley and EYWA Resident:
“The spaces we live in transform our consciousness, productivity, and health. EYWA is a building designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.”

EYWA is more than a building. It is envisioned as a “Tree of Life” for Dubai, where wisdom, design, sustainability, and well-being converge.
For us at Designsmith, this project is a responsibility as much as it is a privilege. Nineteen levels of joinery, detailing, and bespoke finishes — each crafted with purpose.
We believe true luxury is never surface level. It lies in how spaces feel, function, and endure. EYWA has given us the chance to express that philosophy at its fullest.
To be part of this journey is to carry forward a promise: to continue shaping spaces where detail, care, and craftsmanship define the way people live.
