Bordomavi, the gourmet restaurant at Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, celebrates Dubai’s fishing heritage, blending Japanese and Scandinavian elements into a tranquil, earthy space. Inspired by the raw beauty of nature, the restaurant embraces the imperfections of natural materials, using wood, bamboo, and rattan to create a welcoming and serene atmosphere. 

The design evokes a sense of calm with its minimalist aesthetic and rich, dark materials that foster a peaceful environment. Functionality is prioritised while incorporating elegance through clean lines and natural textures. The layout allows for an open, airy feel, complemented by soft, earthy tones and an exposed ceiling that enhances the sense of spaciousness. Reclaimed wood and stone, along with abundant natural light, create a harmonious connection between the interior and the outdoor setting.
