While the UAE has many health-food concepts, Nourish is a unique outlet, that looks to not only help people eat better but also adapt their lifestyles, learn about the importance of nutritious food (and enjoy it!) as well as providing wholesome dishes – living a healthy life can be so much fun!
Opened in May 2017, Nourish is the brainchild of two Emirati cousins, born and raised in this very community. Their vision for Nourish is to be the first holistic ‘healthy concept’, where the food tastes great.
After an amazing response from the Dar Al Wasl Branch, Jumeirah, they decided to expand the Nourish family furthermore.

The aim was to create a lifestyle experience from the very entrance of the restaurant to the skylight space which opens up on the backside.
The new nourish design is undeniably unique and incredibly warm and welcoming.
The entrance façade is uniquely designed with tempered glass sandwiched with fluted acrylic sheets creating a 3D effect along with sleek brass trims adding to the elegance and beauty.
The majority of the materials used are natural finishes in muted color palates, allowing the little details to stand out.
Soft light filtering through the 3D wall paneling helps creates a cozy ambiance.
Another main feature is the open bar with the suspended display.
The bar counter front is cladded with a fabric upholstered panel in fluted design to flow through the fluted element used throughout the interiors.
The bar counter together with the display integrated with soft lighting creates a central feature of the restaurant.
Different types of seating zones are created with special types of furniture styles belonging to their own zones.
Seating remains plush to keep the atmosphere inviting. The combination of integrated and loose seating with green tones of upholstery creates a versatile feature.
All the furniture is custom crafted in natural oak wood. Crafted to every last detail not forgetting the tiny brass inlay on the chair back.
The flooring remains subtle with raw concrete epoxy, contributing majorly to bringing out the elements of wood and green throughout the whole space.
The brass inlay at the entrance ties all elements together creating a unique entrance feature.
Wood prevails, Second to greenery, both in color and nature. The huge green moss wall in the skylight area punctuates the space, bringing, and uplifting fresh essence to the interiors. The use of Plants and wood for the interiors contributed to this very brief received from the client. "Nourish is about living a balanced life."
